Independent PE
The online K12 application has been closed for the 25-26 school year. To request an IPE form for this year, please contact Angie Sampson at ansampson@capostu.org
The application steps for the IPE application are:
- Student begins to fill the form, and signs
- Parent confirms all information provided by the student is accurate and then signs the form.
- The form is given to the Non CUSD athletic coach/instructor. They compile the required proof that the student is eligible for IPE based on the student's sport and then they sign.
- The form is sent to the Vice Principal of guidance who verifies the form's information. If the student is eligible, the VP will sign the form and send it to Cal Prep for final approval and enrollment.
- Cal Prep will add the student into Aeries and email the student and home school counselor that the IPE class was added to the student's schedule.
