THS Yearbook — 2021 Distribution
Yearbook Pickup for Class of 2020-21
August 12 from 9 am - 1 pm @ the front of school
Yearbook Pickup for Classes of '22, '23, & '24
August 19 & 20 during lunch in front of the Yearbook room
LOCATION: In the front of school, near the gym— drive-up only. Please pull up to the area in front of the cafeteria and look for our team of volunteers.
Please read carefully so you know how to plan for a smooth and safe pick-up at THS on your designated day and time.
PROCESS: Students or parents must arrive at THS by car. Drive up to our first masked volunteer, show them your name and student ID number. The volunteer will highlight your name on the purchased list. You will move forward to the next masked volunteer to pick up your book.
Everyone must come during their corresponding alpha time because only those yearbooks will be outside for pick-up. This allows us to maintain our required safety procedures.
Underclassmen who are unable to attend the July dates will be able to get their books at a later date, information will be sent out after Tuesdays pickup.
If someone wants to pick up a yearbook for another student or family member or a designee you may do so, AS LONG AS THE ALPHABET fits (see above). We must have a printed email from the purchaser giving permission to a designee. The person picking up the book will print that email from home and will bring it with them to give our volunteers as proof.
PURCHASE: At this point in time, we don’t have any extra copies for sale. We have a wait list started. Please email Mrs. Sybirski via slsybirski@capousd.org with your request. Please do not come to the drive through pick up unless you have bought a book.
CAN’T MAKE IT? See above. Someone else can get it for you at the correct day and time for your last name as long as you provide permission in writing. Refer to the instructions above. Sorry, but we can’t schedule a separate day for individual requests.
QUESTIONS: If you have reviewed these details and have questions, please contact Mrs. Sybirski via email at slsybirski@capousd.org.
