Required Club Presidents Meetings

The ASB Clubs Commissioner will hold regular monthly mandatory meetings during lunch for Club Presidents or their representative, location TBD. 
 
Mark your calendars for the following MEETING DATES:
 
  • Mon. Dec. 4  @ Lunch - Spring Club Meeting for New Clubs
  • Thursday, Jan. 18 @ Lunch Mandatory Club Rush Meeting
  • Feb. - TBD
  • March - TBD
  • April - TBD
  • May - TBD
 
Campus Service Requirements
 
All Clubs are required to participate in the Fall and Spring Club Rush
    • Fall Club Rush   Sept. 13 & 14
    • Spring Club Rush   Jan. 24 & 25
 
    • All clubs must participate in the THS Diversity/Multicultural Event during the spring semester. Dates will be posted on the clubs and activities website. Club commissioner will meet with club presidents to explain participation opportunities (such as providing food, entertainment, decorations, etc.).
        • Week of Feb. 26 - March. 1

CLUB PRESIDENTS

Please turn in meeting minutes and other club forms to the ASB office.
All forms can be found in the CLUBS LOCKER.
 

CLUB POSTER & FLYER PROTOCOLS

All flyers/signs for post around the school must be signed off and stamped for approval by the Activities Director to check for appropriate content.
 
No flyers may be posted without a stamp on every flyer. (Stamp must be obtained before running off the flyers. Only one will be signed, not all 50 copies.)
 
All flyers placed must use Blue Painters Tape or they will be removed. Posters must be removed and properly disposed of promptly within 1 school day of the event end date.
 
**Posters/Flyers MAY NOT be posted on decaled windows/doors.
 
Clubs members must comply with the above-stated regulations or risk the club being put on probation and/or face appropriate consequences.
