DIGITAL MULTIMEDIA AND DESIGN COURSE DESCRIPTION
Digital Multimedia Design 1A, 1B (P)
This course is designed for students who are interested in exploring the real world applications of the arts, focusing on design and how it pertains to a variety of contemporary technologies, such as digital photography, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe in Design, Adobe Illustrator, and Windows Moviemaker. Students will employ the conventions of art criticism to process and judge design pieces using their knowledge of the elements of art and the principles of design. The students in this class produce Tesoro's multimedia yearbook and newspaper. THIS COURSE MEETS THE UC/CSU "VPA" REQUIREMENT.
