COURSE DESCRIPTION
Prerequisite: Completion of Biology and Chemistry with an average grade of a B or better. Recommendation of current science teacher.
This lecture-laboratory science course is for college bound students, emphasizing human structure and functions. This course is recommended for students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the sciences.
This lecture/laboratory science course is for the college prep student and counts as a laboratory science. The content emphasis is on the human structure and function. This class is recommended for students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the sciences and includes an extensive cat dissection. It is highly recommended that a year of biology has been completed with a minimum grade of “B”. Students should attend every day, be on time, and bring the appropriate materials brought to class every day.
