AP Physics
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in Calculus.
Recommendation: Strong math (algebra, graphing, problem solving) skills.
This laboratory course is equivalent to first-semester college physics course in Newtonian mechanics for scientists and engineers. The course is designed to provide an introduction to the main principles in mechanics with an emphasis on problem solving techniques.
AP PHYSICS SUMMER HOMEWORK
AP review books are not typically recommended; we will have an opportunity to use prior years AP exam materials in class as we review for the exam.
