Physical/Health Education



Our Physical Education program provides students with opportunities to participate in a positive and cooperative learning environment.  In this environment each student will:
  • Improve his/her level of personal fitness.
  • Develop basic skills for recreational games and team sports.
  • Develop qualities of leadership and good sportsmanship.
  • Gain lifetime skills that will carry into adult life.
Our goal is to ensure that every student understands and is able to properly and safely exercise while developing his/her own personal workout plan for later in life.
